1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Perfumes that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with are not eligible for a return.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless defective)
3. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a clear photo of the product and packaging to help us process your claim.
- Vexon.pk will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Return Process
- Contact our support team via email at orders@vexon.pk to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once your request is approved, send the product back in its original packaging.
- Returns should be shipped using a trackable courier service; Vexon.pk is not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Exchange Policy
- Currently, Vexon.pk offers exchanges only for defective or incorrect products.
- For other reasons, please follow the return process and place a new order.
